The 2BV series water ring vacuum pump is a new generation of energy-saving vacuum equipment, suitable for pumping gas and water vapor, with a maximum suction pressure of 33mbar absolute pressure (97% vacuum degree) and a maximum discharge pressure of 0.26MPa (absolute pressure) when used as a compressor. It comprehensively replaces SK, 2SK series water ring vacuum pumps and W, WY, WL series reciprocating vacuum pumps with superior performance, and is widely used in petroleum, chemical, machinery, mining, light industry, papermaking, power, metallurgy, medicine, food and other industries, as well as municipal and agricultural sectors.

This series has outstanding structural and performance advantages: The motor direct connection design saves space, is easy to install and maintain. All models are equipped with John Crane mechanical seals as standard, with NTN or NSK imported bearings, ensuring stable operation and long service life. Castings adopt precision casting technology, with clean appearance, good heat dissipation and excellent mechanical performance. The full series is equipped with stainless steel impellers; the 2BV2 series is fully configured with stainless steel discs and impellers, with high strength, durability and enhanced corrosion resistance. If all flow passage parts are made of stainless steel, it can work in more harsh environments.

 

The unique flexible exhaust port design avoids over-compression, ensuring optimal efficiency within the performance range. All models are equipped with cavitation protection pipe interfaces; when working under extreme pressure, opening the interface (or connecting with a separator) can eliminate cavitation noise and protect the pump while maximizing the suction effect. The 2BV2-Ex and 2BV6 series are specially designed for flammable and explosive environments, with explosion-proof grade dIIBT4, suitable for pumping flammable and explosive gases. All adopt YE2 series high-efficiency motors, with protection grades IP54/IP55 and insulation grade F, realizing energy saving and environmental protection. Flexible seals can all use PTFE, greatly extending the service life under harsh working conditions.

2. When working for a long time under suction pressure close to the limit vacuum, must connect the cavitation protection pipe to avoid cavitation damage to the pump.
