Product Description
The 2XZ(ARV) series rotary vane vacuum pump is a high-performance oil-sealed mechanical vacuum pump, belonging to the low-vacuum pump category with a working pressure range of 101325~1.33×10⁻² Pa. It can be used independently or as a backing pump for high/ultra-high vacuum pumps, making it an essential equipment in metallurgy, machinery, military, electronics, chemical industry, light industry, petroleum, medicine and other production and scientific research fields.
Equipped with a precision rotor and spring-loaded rotary vanes, the pump features a compact structure and reliable operation. The eccentrically installed rotor drives the rotary vanes to slide along the pump cavity inner wall, forming sealed working chambers that realize gas suction, compression and exhaust through volume changes. With an optional gas ballast valve, it can effectively pump a certain amount of condensable gas (such as water vapor) while maintaining stable performance when handling dry gas.
The pump adopts multiple cooling methods: external surface heat dissipation, heat transfer by inlet/outlet gas, and cooling fan heat dissipation for the pump and motor, ensuring continuous operation under ambient temperatures of 5-40℃. The oil circulation system with oil separator and filter realizes efficient lubrication and sealing, extending the service life to over 30000 hours. It complies with CE certification standards, with low noise (≤62 dB) and high energy efficiency, providing reliable vacuum solutions for industrial production and scientific research.

2. The pump must be installed in a well-ventilated, non-explosive area with a distance of ≥10cm from surrounding objects.
3. During transportation and storage, keep the pump vertical, drain all pump oil, and seal the inlet/outlet with rubber plugs.
4. The suction valve is not a stop/check valve; install additional manual/pneumatic/electric valves for pipeline on-off control.
5. When pumping gas with high water vapor content, install a stop valve, drain branch pipe and drain valve in the suction pipeline.
6. Ensure the exhaust pipe is made of conductive materials to prevent static explosion of oil mist.
