The LGV Series Dry Oil-Free Screw Vacuum Pump uses a pair of precision-machined parallel screws that rotate synchronously and in reverse, creating a series of sealed chambers that continuously convey gas for suction and exhaust. Its advanced design eliminates the need for lubrication in the working chamber, ensuring clean, oil-free vacuum performance that protects your process media and the environment.
The pump features a special screw structure that delivers high pumping efficiency and strong liquid discharge capacity, with a short, unobstructed pump cavity for smooth exhaust. The rotor undergoes dynamic balance correction, and high-quality bearings ensure stable, low-vibration operation with minimal noise.
