The QZXD Series Vacuum Slurry Pump is independently developed by our company, integrating advanced foreign technology, high-tech materials, and precision manufacturing processes. This rotary vane vacuum pump is capable of both vacuum extraction and air compression. With compact structure, high vacuum degree, and long service life, it is widely used in small, medium, and large sewage suction trucks, as well as in industrial and mining enterprises, schools, and municipal sanitation vehicles.

High Vacuum & Efficient Performance
Achieves absolute working pressure as low as 400Pa (99.6% vacuum degree), with pumping speeds ranging from 30 L/s to 110 L/s.

Low Speed, Low Noise, Low Fuel Consumption
Designed for low rotational speed (500–800 r/min), reducing noise and fuel consumption while maintaining high efficiency.

Oil-Sealed Design with Oil-Gas Separation
Uses N32 mechanical oil (or No.32 refrigeration oil in cold regions). Equipped with primary and secondary oil-gas separators for oil recovery, emission reduction, and environmental protection.

Easy Maintenance & Disassembly
The pump body allows quick access to rotor, vanes, and bearings by removing bolts and covers, simplifying part replacement and servicing.

Versatile Application
Suitable for 1–3 ton, over 5 ton, and over 8 ton vehicles, with multiple models to match different capacity requirements.

As the eccentric rotor rotates, the vanes slide against the inner wall under centrifugal force. The suction chamber expands, drawing in gas. The rotor continues, compressing the gas and expelling it through the exhaust port, creating a continuous vacuum cycle.

• Prevent leakage – The suction pipeline must be fully sealed; otherwise vacuum degree will drop.
• Use anti-overflow device – Prevents sewage from being sucked into the pump, avoiding internal damage.
• Use hard pipes for oil return – Soft hoses may collapse under heat, causing poor oil flow.
• Add oil before first use – Add 1–2L of N32 oil directly into the pump.
• Install water-gas separator – Protects the pump from moisture in the intake air.
